All orders are shipped directly from our U.S. based research facility. International orders are the exact same peptides as U.S. orders minus the labels. Due to custom regulations International orders must be shipped without labels.

 

What is the best way to ship peptides?
Cold shipping is a nice precaution that will extend and protect the potency of the peptides, however it is not required. Freeze dried peptides should be able to last a week or more without cooling prior to degrading.

 

How will my shipped package be labeled?
The package will have our return business address, labeled "MTUSA, LLC" and of course your delivery address.

Your order will come in a discreet shipping box.

 

What is your return policy?
If a batch of peptides are found to be damaged, we will offer replacements or funds.

 

Is World Wide shipping available?
Yes it is.

 

Do you carry any other products or peptides?

Do you offer bulk discounts?

How will my charge appear on my credit card statement?
Your card will reflect a charge from MTUSA, LLC.

 

Our research facility is located in the United States, as well as our distribution facility.

 

Do you accept money orders?
Yes we do. Just place your order through the site and on check out, choose the money order option.

 

If your order was not processed and you did not receive a confirmation e-mail you may see a pending charge on your account. This does not mean you were charged, it is standard practice between merchant services and your institution. It does not affect your balance and will fall off in 24-48 hours. Again, this is not our practice, this is in place by merchant services and your financial institution.
